SLACKS &CO. delivers to the following European countries:

Austria, Belgium, Corsica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland). We also deliver to the USA and Canada.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

 

 

Please note that the delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. SLACKS & CO. LONDON LTD is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

All orders are dispatched once payment authorization has been received before 2.30pm on the same working day. During sale and promotional periods dispatch may take a day longer.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

 

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

 

UK

  • All domestic FREE shipping orders are shipped by DPD and are delivered between 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • The shipping service with DPD for the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland takes up to 2 working days or more and delivers by 5.30pm.
  • All Special Delivery orders are shipped by DPD for delivery next working day before 1pm.

 

EUROPE & USA/ Canada: ZONE A, B & C

  • Orders to EU countries (apart from Finland, Sweden, Corsica and Poland) are dispatched by DPD and aim to arrive within 2-5 working days.
  • Orders to Finland, Corsica and Sweden are shipped DHL and aim to arrive within 1-2 working days.
  • Orders to Poland are shipped with ParcleForce Europe and aim to arrive within 3-5 working days.
  • All non-EU countries are shipped by DPD and are delivered in 3-5 working days later pending customs.
  • All USA and Canada orders are shipped by DHL and aim to be delivered within 1-2 working days pending customs.

 

FREE SHIPPING

From time to time, SLACKS & CO. will run free delivery/shipping promotions. Simply register with SLACKS & CO. to receive email notification about such offers. Please note that free shipping and promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page at check out.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that orders which are delivered to countries outside of the EU may be subject to additional customs or import duties levied by the destination country. These charges will be the customers responsibility as SLACKS & CO. has no control over them. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

INSURANCE

SLACK & CO. insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We will require a signature of any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by SLACKS & CO. and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
